Troubleshooting

Several things can go wrong in a search--maybe you came up with so many hits you can't possibly look through them all. In this case you should try to add two more words specific to your search. Another common problem is that you got too few documents in your return. First try to omit some of the search terms. If this doesn't work try another search engine, metasearcher, or directory. If you are searching for a well known product or organization, try experimenting with different top level domain names by using the name, brief name, or the acronym.
